Glue block construction reinforces every critical joint, eliminating movement and the callbacks that come with it. When it leaves our facility, it's ready to install exactly as designed.

Our puzzle-piece process produces continuous stringers and trim boards beyond what standard material lengths allow, over 16' in pine, 12' in hardwood, precision-joined under controlled conditions into a single engineered piece. Glue block construction reinforces every critical joint, eliminating the movement that leads to callbacks and squeaks years down the road.
